Before we even realize their amazing health benefits, Mother Nature knew and provided us with plenty of them. You can find them in your salad mixed greens bag at the market. You eat them! Farmers grow them!

Saw this deep pink peony flower on the church's ground! With the sun shine brightly on it, this peony was a show stopper to everyone who walked by. The bigger and outer petals functioned like a cup holding all those little petals inside.
